There was a queue at the reception desk when I arrived for my appointment so I used the check in machine which was easy to use. The doctor I saw was lovely and dealt with everything I went to see them for.

The paramedic practitioner who I saw was absolutely amazing! I couldn't be more impressed. Exceptional people skills. Brilliant at explaining things to me in a clear yet detailed way. Asked really targeted questions to deduce likely issues. Efficient, personable and very knowledgeable. I just wish I could remember his name so I could thank him specifically. Given a warm welcome by the receptionist, and told where I could wait. Waiting area was spotlessly clean, and chair comfortable. My consultation with Dr Glasgow was great, and clear decisions were made for the future. A further appointment was made with a second Receptionist, without quibble (made a pleasant change!) So far, I am pleased with what I discovered, and am glad to have changed practices.

I didn't have to wait at all once I arrived. The doctor was friendly, understanding and helpful. I was in and out with no fuss. The receptionist staff were also lovely as I needed a glass of water due to the hot weather outside and they didn't hesitate to get one for me which was very kind.

The surgery helped me at a very difficult time. I was not in My local area, because I was supporting my father after the death of my mother. I developed tonsillitis and felt rotten. The receptionist gave me a temporary resident form straight away and I was seen and prescribed treatment the same day. I was very grateful of the support when I needed it most.

Natalie Kempshall is very good. She is an excellent listener and thoroughly researched my history of my condition. She didn’t rush the appointment and asked me all the right questions. When she wasn’t sure on the best prescription she took time to consult with a senior.

Had a reply with an appointment the next working day and the GP he saw, Dr. Obazee, was very good and also arranged for a blood test to recheck another issue whilst we were there. Ryelands is a very efficient surgery but it still provides a personalised service responsive to patients needs. This is a real achievement in the current NHS climate. The hard work of merging seems to be paying off and standards have been maintained.

The Ryland/Marches practice has ALWAYS given best and prompt service. The administration is excellent.The GP attention to needs including follow up has always been excellent. Excellent service all round. I phoned for an appointment and rather than have to wait in the queue for someone to answer could select 1 for a callback. I had my callback and when I explained why I was calling was offered a face 2 face appointment for later that day. I was given a thorough examination and additional info. about types of self checks to do but also to ensure any concerns are always raised with a GP and to come back if anything changes. Really can’t ask for anymore from a GP service than you get here.
