An Excellent Service During COVID-19

After many months of frustration and worry with symptoms and not having previously received a thorough examination and my symptoms often being dismissed by previous medical professionals I contacted The Marches Surgery and I was impressed to receive a prompt appointment which I was grateful for especially during COVID-19. The GP I saw then promptly sorted out my condition after a thorough examination and dispelled any concerns I had of it being more serious. This GP then arranged from my prescription to be immediately available at the nearest Pharmacy to where I live so I could simply collect it on my way home. I highly recommend this GP and The Marches Surgery.

Wonderful doctors surgery

I've lived in Leominster most of my life, and have always used the marches surgery. I moved to Hereford in 1995, the practices I was registered with there, were definitely not as efficient as The Marches. I had some health issues, and nothing was sorted. When I decided to move back to Leominster, I was relieved to go back to The Marches. Lots of help and referrals were sorted very promptly. Excellent surgery, friendly staff and wonderful doctors.

Excellent Service by All Staff

As a family we moved to Leominster and registered with the Marches Surgery. Having rarely visited the surgery before, on this particular occasion I was experiencing unusual symptoms that meant I needed to be seen by a Doctor quickly. With my particular symptoms I could have easily been given incorrect advice and possibly not been taken seriously. However, the response and treatment I have so far received by the doctor and her team has been second to none. Within a few weeks of seeing the Doctor I have received specialist intervention and an illness that could have been missed was caught in time. This was 100% as a result of the knowledge, professionalism and quick thinking of all the staff involved, of which I cannot thank enough. I would absolutely recommend this practice.
